Bio

Bonjour! My name is Anete. I am a 20y/o girl from Europe. I am bilingual in English and Latvian, but also speak a bit of French (B1). This September I will start my studies at Institut Français de la Mode in Paris.

I will be studying every weekday from 9h to 17h, but would be free early mornings/evenings/weekends.

I love to be in an international environment and gain new impressions. I hope to build an open and trusting relationship with you and your kids to make this a mutually positive experience.

I am a very calm and collected person, a little shy but friendly and kind. I am curious and love to learn. Critical thinking is very important to me, always try to be rational, open minded and easygoing.

I do English and math tutoring and have taught young kids to ski and swim. I am the go-to nanny in my family. I have 6 younger cousins in the age range of 0,5 - 14 y/o, all of who I used to or still babysit. I was also an Au Pair in Paris for a couple weeks last December where I took care of a little girl aged 4 and an 8 month old baby boy.

I hold a first aid certificate and a driver's licence. I have visited Paris and stayed there for longer periods of time on multiple occasions so I know how to get around quite well.

Centres d'intérêts

I am an art school graduate and enjoy being creative, drawing, painting and learning about art. I also did track and field athletics all throughout middle school, so I like to be active. I particularly enjoy alpine skiing, playing tennis, swimming, running, hiking, playing basketball and other sports. I am passionate about learning and often find interest in new subjects. Recently I've come to love hospitality and hosting quests. I love cooking for myself and others and believe myself to be pretty good at it too.
